What to Expect
Our work together will start with a 10-minute consultation call, during which we can decide if we feel that we are a good fit.

I typically see adult clients who have experienced trauma (acute or chronic) and struggle with anxiety, depression, or PTSD. I also have experience working with phobias, somatic complaints, and people in helping professions.
Once we begin, our working process will be highly collaborative and tailored to your individual needs. I am trained in EMDR and do offer this treatment to clients. However, I also use Internal Family Systems, mindfulness techniques, and somatic techniques in "regular" talk therapy if that is your preference.

My style is compassionate and direct. Part of that directness is that I will tend towards focusing on the root of current issues and encourage you to do deep work. However, this will never be at the expense of your ability to feel safe in our therapeutic relationship.
